The University of Reading and The Berkshire Show

The Royal County of Berkshire Show runs every year on the 3rd weekend of September, and is a milestone in the social calendars of the county’s farming community and of the University of Reading alike.

The CSA Booster and The Berkshire Show

The CSAb will take part in the University of Reading display at the 2018 Royal Berkshire Show, for the 3rd year running. This year's theme is "What's in your basket?", and the CSAb stand will focus on pesticide use in farming: its history and what alternatives (climate smart of course!) there are to their use.

Activities on the stand will include a quiz inspired by the CSAb MOOC "Future of Farming", and a Pest Game for children and grown-ups alike: will you be able to pair the pests to the damage they inflict on crops?
